THE Local Government Fee to be imposed on all hotel guests in Penang from June 1 will not affect the tourism industry in Penang, according to two travel industry players.
SKAL International Asia president Marco Battistotti said the RM2 or RM3 fee was minimal and would not have a major impact on the industry.
