THE move to change Jalan Besar in Seri Kembangan into a one-way traffic route has raised concerns that congestion has been diverted to surrounding areas.
According to Serdang MCA chairman Lee Tak San, the one-way traffic system that started on April 6 had created confusing U-turns and several bottlenecks along Serdang Perdana.
