SIXTY-FIVE families from Kampung Pinang, Kuala Nerang, Kedah, whose houses were ripped apart by a thunderstorm, received RM1,000 aid each from the Yayasan Fatwa.
Kuala Nerang assemblyman Badrol Hisham Hashim said the contribution would help the affected families to get back on their feet.
