ACCCIM backs Kurup’s call to remove ‘race’ from forms


KUCHING: The Associated Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Malaysia (ACCCIM) supports the call to remove the “race” category from all official forms in the country in order to enhance further national cohesion and unity.

Its president Datuk Lim Kok Cheong, who is a member of the National Unity Consultative Council (NUCC), said Malaysian was already a race itself.
