SOME 3,000 participants are expected to participate in the upcoming Where2go Ultimate Challenge on May 11. The event, which is also popularly known as the 84km Penang Round Island Challenge, will be flagged off from the Esplanade at 7am.
Organising chairman Edric Beh, who is also the sports and recreation manager of Cleaner and Greener Sports, said he hoped to attract bicycle enthusiasts from Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia to take part as well.
