THE Penang Municipal Council (MPPP) has spent nearly RM2mil to replace its seven old rubbish collection trucks.
MPPP president Datuk Patahiyah Ismail said the seven consisted of three units of compactor, two high side tipper and two roll-on-roll-off trucks.
