THE sea off Teluk Bahang in Penang was flickering with thousands of lights during the Masi Magam Theppe Thiruvilla (floating chariot) festival.
The 70,000 devotees released floats during the the festival which is held annually by the 118-year-old Sri Singamuga Kaliamman Temple in Teluk Bahang.
