KOTA KINABALU: Hardly a month after Sabah’s Urban Transformation Centre (UTC) opened, a steady stream of 2,000 have started using facilities offered by various state and federal agencies.
The 10-storey UTC complex, the seventh in the country to drive the government’s transformation under the National Blue Ocean Strategy, offers the services of 43 state and federal agencies from 8.30am to 10pm daily with the exception of public holidays.
