THE state government is expecting a crowd of over 100,000 people at the state Chinese New Year Culture and Heritage Celebration on Feb 2.
Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said the event, from 3pm to midnight, would be held at the Unesco World Heritage Site, covering Beach Street, Bishop Street, Church Street, King Street and Penang Street.
