PERLIS is in a hurry to ensure proper competition venues and facilities are ready for the XVII Malaysia Games (Sukma) in 2014 in Kangar.
A flurry of earth works and building activities is going on at the sports complex in Jalan Kampung Pondok, just outside the state capital. Apart from upgrading existing facilities, new arenas are being built for the benefit of athletes at the games.
