RESIDENTS of Taman Haji Mohd Amin in Permatang Pauh, near Bukit Mertajam, are brimming with joy after their eight blocks of flats received a makeover.
The makeover was made possible after the management body received aid from the Federal Government’s 1Malaysia Maintenance Fund (TP1M) and state government’s Housing Assistance Programme of Penang, Yes! (Happy!).
