APPLICANTS of the 1MCA micro-credit loan scheme for youths must fulfil the requirements before their loan applications can be considered, Penang MCA deputy chairman Datuk Dr Loh Hock Hun said.
He said those who failed to comply with the requirements would have their applications rejected.
