THOSE interested in registering for low medium-cost (LMC) units in Penang can obtain the application forms from the Komtar concourse beginning Dec 14.
State Housing, Town and Country Planning Committee chairman Jagdeep Singh Deo said the forms for a total of 19,093 units at eight LMC housing projects would be available.
