KUCHING: A knife-wielding snatch thief must have looked menacing enough to frighten off a driver who was trying to block his escape route.
An accountant who wished to be known only as Patty, 25, told police that in the 11am incident on Tuesday, she was approaching her house at Jalan Sherif Masahor when the pillion rider of a passing motorcycle grabbed her handbag.
