KUALA Lumpur mayor Datuk Seri Ahmad Phesal Talib said seven developers have collaborated to fund and build a new water supply system called Integrated Water Supply Scheme (IWSS) to supply a demand of 8.7 million gallons of water a day for their projects by 2015.
He said the project would begin in early October and is expected to be completed in 18 months, or by March 2015.
