THE Penang Regional Development Authority (Perda) will expand its courses at the Perda High Technology Institute (Perda Tech) in Bukit Panchor in the hope that the institute will achieve university college status in future.
Perda chairman Shabudin Yahaya said the institute would also increase its training capacity and number of students.
