STARTING today, cinemas will play the national anthem prior to every movie. The move was announced by Communications and Multimedia Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Shabery Cheek last week.
Aside from Negaraku, two videos will also be played: My Birth Place, 150 seconds long, which portrays patriotism, and Last Message, 90 seconds, on the Lahad Datu invasion.
