THE illegal dumping of construction waste on an open space in Persiaran Bayan Mutiara in Bayan Lepas, Penang, is posing a danger to road users.
A resident Gurdial Singh, in his 50s, from the Penang Hash House Harriers said the problem of illegal dumping in the area started about a month ago.
