Unique batik designs in the limelight

IT WAS a beautiful sight as contemporary batik designs took centrestage at a recent batik fashion show and high-tea hosted by Galeri Seri Endon in Bukit Damansara.

Held in conjunction with the upcoming Piala Seri Endon — an annual batik design competition named after the late Tun Endon Mahmood - models draped in batik strutted down the runway in a cafe as guests enjoyed their afternoon tea.
