Causing cracks on walls

IT might be charming to see green plants sprouting out of heritage buildings in the Ipoh Old Town, but those occupying lots next to such buildings would say otherwise.

This is because most of such buildings with greenery in the Old Town are actually abandoned, and the unwanted plants growing there pose a safety hazard to adjacent buildings.
