Honda Malaysia makes its hybrid batteries more affordable

Honda CR-Z hybrid 2013. The 1.5-litre i-VTEC engine is more powerful and the electric now uses lithium ion batteries.

HONDA Malaysia Sdn Bhd recently announced a significant price reduction of up to 52% for hybrid battery replacement and an extended warranty period of up to eight years with unlimited mileage for all Honda Hybrid models effective June 1.

Honda Malaysia has also taken an initiative to apply the extended warranty period retrospectively to the existing hybrid customers who purchased their vehicles between January 2011 to May this year.
