BEIJING Tourism Group (BTG) offcially acquired a stake in Da Vinci Home Corporation Ltd recently, according to Da Vinci’s chairman, Tony Phua.
Phua announced that BTG general manager Liu Yi will take over the position of chairman of the board while Doris Phua will continue to serve as chief executive officer of Da Vinci.
