More than the classic satay

WHILE most people have tasted satay in its chicken, beef and lamb variations, a local entrepreneur has found new ways for customers to enjoy the local traditional delicacy.

Ah Basri Food Sdn Bhd owner Ahmad Basri Abdullah said besides the ‘usual’ variations, there are also the horse, deer and ostrich satay served as well at his Ah Basri Asian Satay outlet in Bukit Gedung, Penang.
