Maxis revamps outlet at mall and adds some nifty touches

MAXIS Berhad (Maxis) unveiled its concept store at The Gardens, Mid Valley, after completely revamping their existing centre to incorporate a new touch and feel experience for its customers.

The new concept store features an improved queuing mechanism so customers will have shorter waiting periods, and more service personnel to help them. Promoters will be equipped with iPads to assist customers’ with their enquiries and requests.
