I AM resident of Lucky Garden, Bangsar, and we have seen frequent water supply disruption over the last two months.
Each time I called the PUSPEL hotline, the answers are the same, that is, we are faced with burst water pipes and there is no way Syabas could warn the residents as these are so-called “emergency situations”.
