Law governing unnatural sex to stay, Seksualiti Merdeka and the likes to remain illegal

KUCHING: Section 377 of the Malaysian Penal Code of Unnatural Offences which governs the act of unnatural sex is here to stay, and the Parliament has no intention of amending or abolishing it.

Deputy Parliament Speaker Datuk Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar said the final say had been slated way back in 2005 after the Parliament Select Committee (PSC) did an analysis and nationwide survey on the matter.
