Apartment owners told to pay maintenance fees on time

OWNERS of the newly completed Suria Jelatek Apartments in Jalan Jelatek have been cautioned to pay their maintenance fees regularly and form a Joint Management Body (JMB) by Federal Territories and Urban Wellbeing Minister Datuk Raja Nong Chik Raja Zainal Abidin.

“I understand the maintenance fees per month is RM250 and hope residents will pay their dues on time to ensure the continuous upkeep of this apartment,” he said before giving the keys to nine selected unit owners in a special event.
