THE Customer Relationship Management and Contact Centre Association of Malaysia (CCAM) will be organising its National Conference 2010, themed ‘Moving Asean Towards Zero Face-to-Face Interaction’ at the Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre from Nov 22 to 23.
This year’s conference is in line with the government’s 10th Malaysia Plan objective under its National Key Result Areas (NKRA) to improve efficiency in both public and private sectors.
