THE Penang Government is inviting feedback from the public on a Special Area Plan (SAP) of the George Town Unesco World Heritage Site to guide and control development within the area.
Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said the SAP was an important government document to fulfil prerequisites as laid down by Unesco.
