IMPIANA KLCC Hotel & Spa took home the Best Service award by a four-star city hotel presented by Tourism Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ng Yen Yen at the 16th Malaysian Tourism Awards 2008/2009 in Putrajaya recently.
The hotel’s general manager, Sean Choo, believes this award confirms that Impiana KLCC has maintained its standard of service.
