Beware of bogus TM debt collectors

IF someone shows up at your doorstep to collect payments for Telekom Malaysia Bhd (TM), check if the person is a genuine TM debt collector before paying up.

TM issued this advice in a press statement in light of several incidents in Penang from last December to early January involving individuals posing as TM debt collectors from one purported agency to get cash payments from subscribers.
