THE chief executive officer of outdoor advertising company Ganad Media, Gan Kok Beng, denies making a statement that he had paid for some advertising sites in Petaling Jaya.
It was reported in a local English daily on Nov 18 that Gan had made the statement during a meeting between the Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) and outdoor advertising stake holders .
