A REST and recreation centre for senior citizens and orphans built on a 4ha piece of land in Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, is almost ready, with just 5% work to be done.
The RM7mil complex, which took almost three years to build, is the brainchild of Lin Chua, the founder and chairman of an NGO called the AUTORR Foundation. AUTORR stands for Aged Unite To Organise Rest & Recreation.
