PENANG’s first syabu (methamphetamine crystal) laboratory was busted with the arrest of four men and the seizure of the drug worth RM250,000 in Machang Bubok, Bukit Mertajam.
State deputy police chief Senior Asst Comm (I) Datuk Salleh Mat Rasid said a Narcotics Department team monitored the kampung house for a week following a tip-off before striking at 4.10pm on Tuesday.
