Making udon


THE Perak Malaysian-Japanese Friendship Society premises at Jalan Bendahara, Ipoh, was a hive of activity during an udon (Japa-nese noodle) – making session recently.

Society members had a fun time getting their hands dirty with wheat flour to make the noodles as instructor Kazuo Shi-mizu kept a watchful eye.
