THE state government will draw up a new master plan for Bayan Baru and impose stricter development conditions in efforts to tackle flood woes in the area.
State Agriculture and Agro-based Industry, Rural Development and Flood Mitigation Committee chairman Law Choo Kiang said such measures were important as long-term solutions to flood problems in the area.
