THE three-day centenary celebrations of Sultan Abdul Hamid College in Alor Star began with Kedah Sultan Tuanku Abdul Halim Muadzam Shah and former prime ministers the late Tunku Abdul Rahman and Tun Dr Mahathir being proclaimed ‘Collegians of the Century’.
However, the inspection of the guard of honour by the Sultan and march past by the college’s uniformed units had to be cancelled due to the incessant rain.
