FOLLOWING the success of theinaugural Urbanscapes in 2002 atGrappa Soho and a full-blownoutdoor festival in 2004 at KL Sentral,the city’s first all-day creative arts festivalreturns with a “user-generated”twist.
KLue Urbanscapes 2008 will be back on Saturday, and is set to take over the picturesque environs of the Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Centre (KLPAC).
