THE Centre for Malaysian Chinese Studies and Institute of China Studies of University Malaya will hold a seminar titled “Local Government in Malaysia: The Search for New Directions” at the Selangor Chinese Assembly Hall, Kuala Lumpur on Thursday, May 22.
