THE Penang Government has shown its sincerity to give equal opportunities to the ‘orang kelainan upaya’ (people with different capabilities) through appointing them in several government portfolios.
Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said the appointment of Lim Kah Cheng as a Penang municipal councillor has proven the state’s stand in allowing fair treatment to all, including the disabled group that had been marginalised in the past.
