CREATIVE Horizons is organising a creative writing competition, called Paper Planes – Let Your Words Take Flight, for Malaysian and Singaporean students.
Paper Planes debuted last year in Singapore and saw hundreds of entries in the five categories. The contest aims to empower students by allowing their imagination to soar.
