JOHOR BARU: Johor Baru MP Datuk Shahrir Abdul Samad held a thanksgiving kenduri for villagers of Kampung Kurnia in his constituency last week.
Shahrir expressed his gratitude to the people for their support that resulted in his victory in the 12th general election, and subsequently, his appointment as minister in Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi’s cabinet.
