PENANG: Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng has likened his 11-member state exco line-up to a symphony orchestra.
“If one does not function well, the whole orchestra will be out of sync,” he said after attending the exco members’ swearing-in ceremony at Dewan Sri Pinang here yesterday.
