MCA Cabinet ministers have helped to resolve problems of the Chinese community efficiently, said its Public Services and Complaints Department head Datuk Michael Chong.
Citing a case in which he helped some Malaysians who had their passports seized by the Immigration Department after working illegally in Japan in the 1990s, Chong said he tried all sorts of ways to help the people concerned.
