SOME 100 beggars, including those from Myanmar, have been camping out near the Kapitan Keling Mosque in Penang for the past few weeks.
“Stop giving them money. Do not encourage the beggars to nest at the historic mosque,” said state Welfare director Mahfudz Omardi.
