RSC veterans down Sea Power


THE ROYAL Selangor Club (RSC) emerged champions of the Ulu Klang Recreation Club (UKRC)-Astro International Soccer 9s when it defeated Hong Kong's Sea Power 2-0 in the final played at the UKRC grounds recently. 

Several former internationals, including Zolkifli Ahmad and Vincent Thambyrajah, represented the RSC in the veterans' competition that was held for the seventh consecutive year. After a scoreless first half, the RSC – managed by former international Santokh Singh – scored twice through V.K. Arumugam and Aminuddin Ahmad to win the title.
