FANS of popular Japanese cartoon character Hello Kitty will be thrilled as the Juru Auto-City area will be turned into a Hello Kitty world during the Penang International Lantern Festival.
The Hello Kitty & Friends in Penang Safari festival, touted as the largest lantern show in the region, will be featuring thousands of interesting lanterns.
