PHASE 3 of the change of traffic flow in the city centre will take effect from Aug 11 once construction works on the access from Jalan Imbi are completed.
The new change will mainly affect Jalan Sultan Ismail and Jalan Bukit Bintang and is in line with future plans of making Jalan Sultan Ismail, Jalan Imbi and Jalan Raja Chulan as the three main roads to use within the city.
