I was among the thousands of motoristscaught in a massive jam at Jalan TunRazak on Sunday evening after just a fewhours of rain brought Kuala Lumpur to a standstill.
The flash floods resulted in several major roads closed and the result was a chaotic situation that led to motorists looking for alternative roads. The absence of traffic policemen in many of these affected areas to redirect traffic did not help either.
