THE hilly spot in Damansara Perdana, with a lake for a backdrop, usually offers a sense of tranquility to visitors. But not last Sunday when it became the venue of the opening leg of the MTB (mountain bike) Downhill National Circuit.
The view did not matter to the participants as they negotiated the challenging terrain at a punishing pace right up to the finish line.
